Included: Economy class airfare to Athens, Rome, and back to Manila; four/five-star hotel accommodation & cruise with outside upper deck cabins on twin sharing and full board meals; daily breakfast and dinner in Athens and Rome; entrance fees to all tour sites; luxury air-conditioned buses with licensed English-speaking tour guides;  gratuities for all hotels, guides, bus drivers and hotel staff

Not included: passport and visa fees; travel insurance; personal expenses (extra meals, mini bar, phone calls, business center fees, laundry, etc.); hospitalization and medical expenses not covered by your travel insurance; transportation during free time, extension tours; business class, room, and cabin upgrades; airport transfers for those not traveling with the group; and single occupancy. The list is not exclusive. All other provisions not included are deemed excluded.

      • WHICH AIRLINE WILL THE TOUR GROUP BE USING?
      • The group will be flying on Qatar Airways and Emirates Airlines from Manila.
      • CAN WE BOOK OUR OWN FLIGHTS?
      • We have very limited LAND-ONLY SLOTS for participants who will book their business class airline seats. The cost for LAND-ONLY SLOTS is $5,390/person.
  • • WHAT ARE THE HEALTH ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR JOINING THE TOUR?

  There are currently no Covid-19 vaccine requirements for Europe.

  • • IS THE TOUR WHEELCHAIR-FRIENDLY?

  Unfortunately, it isn’t. Most of the tour sites do not have wheelchair access.

  • • I NEED A CANE TO WALK PROPERLY. WILL I HAVE DIFFICULTY ON THE TOUR?

  Yes, because the tour schedule gets hectic on some days, and we cover a lot of ground daily. Participants should be able to walk moderately throughout the day, sometimes on an incline. Participants are encouraged to do a lot of walking at least a month before the tour starts.

  • • WHICH MEALS ARE INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PACKAGE?

  All breakfasts and dinners are included throughout the tour. While on the cruise, lunch may be taken onboard the ship.

  • • WHAT’S THE WEATHER LIKE DURING THE TIME OF THE TOUR?

  It will be spring during the tour, and the weather will be a mixture of bright, sunny days with a mix of gray, rainy days. Temperatures will be pleasantly cool.

  • • WHAT CLOTHES SHOULD I BRING?

  Bring light clothes and clothing items for layering. You may need a sweater early in the morning, which you can take off mid-day and wear again when it gets dark. Pack some extra warm clothes for unusually cold temperatures at night.

  • • WHEN IS THE DEADLINE FOR THE RELEASE OF OUR SCHENGEN VISAS?

  Your Schengen visas must be approved and released by February 14, 2025.

  • • CAN WE HAVE AN EXTENSION AFTER THE TOUR?

  Because of our airline blockings, there’s a limited number of participants who may change their flight bookings. You may contact Royal Class Tours for any changes in your itinerary. Please note that these tours are not part of the official CCF Steps of Paul Bible Study Tour.
